How FitPro collects, uses, protects and manages customer data across the website, orders, quotations, delivery, installation and service.
We collect only the information reasonably needed to process orders, provide service, prevent fraud, comply with law and improve the website. We do not sell personal data. Marketing messages are optional and can be stopped.
1. Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how FitPro Fitness Equipments (“FitPro”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you use thefitpro.in, place an order, request a quotation, contact us on WhatsApp/email/phone, request installation or service, or otherwise interact with us.
Our principal business address is Kundan Complex, Hotel Bobina Road, Gorakhpur – 273001, Uttar Pradesh, India. This Policy is designed to comply with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011 where applicable, and to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as their relevant provisions come into force.
2. Personal data we may collect
Payment-card or UPI credentials are generally processed by banks/payment gateways. FitPro does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs.
3. Why we use personal data
- To create and manage orders, quotations, invoices, payments, delivery, installation, warranty and service.
- To verify customer details, prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate orders and payment risk.
- To communicate order status, delivery, service reminders and important transaction-related updates.
- To comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, legal-metrology and other legal obligations.
- To improve website performance, product discovery, support and user experience.
- To send offers or marketing messages only where permitted by law and based on your consent/preferences; you may opt out at any time.
Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it using the same or a reasonably easy channel. Withdrawal will not affect processing already lawfully completed, and we may still retain/process data where required by law or needed for an ongoing transaction, warranty, dispute or fraud-prevention purpose.
4. When we share data
We may share only the data reasonably necessary with service providers such as payment gateways, banks, couriers/logistics providers, installation/service technicians, manufacturers or authorized distributors for warranty support, hosting/security providers, analytics providers and professional advisers.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, government authority, tax authority, consumer forum, law-enforcement agency, or to protect the rights, safety and security of customers, FitPro or others.
We do not sell personal data for money.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards such as access controls, secure hosting practices, password protection, backups and limited staff access. No internet system is completely risk-free, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
If a personal-data breach occurs, we will take reasonable containment and remedial steps and provide notices to affected persons and/or competent authorities where required by applicable law.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and the phased commencement of the DPDP framework, you may request access to information about your personal data, correction or updating, erasure where legally available, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications.

9. Children
Our products and website are primarily intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children for behavioural advertising or similar purposes. Some technology or cloud-service providers may process data outside India. Where this occurs, we will use providers and contractual/technical safeguards consistent with applicable Indian law and any government restrictions on cross-border transfers that may apply.

We may update this Policy when our services, technology or applicable law changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.
Grievance & Customer Support
FitPro aims to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. For faster handling, please share your order/invoice number and supporting photographs or videos where relevant.
