Returns and replacement policy

Please inspect the package at delivery. Report transit damage, missing items or an incorrect product promptly with clear photos/video and order details.

  • Items must be unused and kept with original packaging, manuals and accessories.
  • Installed, assembled, customised or used commercial equipment may not be eligible for a standard return.
  • Approved refunds are processed after inspection and may exclude freight, installation and payment-gateway charges where applicable.
  • Warranty concerns are handled according to the product/brand warranty terms.
